  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • cocoa
  • eggs - 4 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sifted flour
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cool; beat eggs
  • butter - 4 Tbsp

How to make chocolate marshmallow brownies:

Melt butter and chocolate. Cool; beat eggs. Add sugar, chocolate and butter mixture. Add vanilla, nuts and flour with baking powder. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour a large jar of marshmallow cream over hot brownies. Place under broiler until lightly browned (2 to 3 minutes). Cool and top with chocolate icing.Chocolate Icing:1 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. butter4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together. Add enough boiling water to spread. (Note: This should be a runny mixture.)
