Chocolate fudge pudding
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- white sugar - 2/3 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make chocolate fudge pudding:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, white sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk, Wesson oil and vanilla, mixing only until smooth. Add pecans. Pour into greased shallow baking dish (1 1/2-quart). Mix brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over mixture in baking dish. Pour boiling water over the top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
