Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- sugar
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make chocolate fudge pie:
Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Add sugar and cocoa. Stir well and add eggs. Stir mixture. Do not beat. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is brown. Makes 1 pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
