Chocolate fudge cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks oleo or butter - 2 item
- Batter will be very thin
How to make chocolate fudge cake:
Bring first three ingredients to a boil and pour into the remaining six ingredients. Batter will be very thin. Pour into a sheet cake pan or a 9 x 12-inch (greased and floured). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. The 9 x 12-inch may take 25 minutes, depending on your oven. Check with a toothpick. While cake is baking, prepare icing.Icing:1 box powdered sugar1 stick oleo4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk Bring to a boil all four ingredients and let sit until cake is done.
