Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- unsweetened chocolate - 3 sq
- Crisco - 2 Tbsp
How to make chocolate fudge:
Boil ingredients, stirring constantly, until forms a soft ball when tried in cold water. Remove from fire, beat until thick. Add 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
