sugar - 2 c
cinnamon - 1 tsp
vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 1/2 c
chopped nuts - 1 c
flour - 2 c
water - 1 c
soda - 1 tsp
cocoa - 1/4 c
buttermilk - 1/2 c
eggs, beaten - 2 item
shortening - 1/2 c
powdered sugar - 1 lb
oleo - 1/2 c
Blend well

How to make chocolate dream cake:

Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Blend well. In a saucepan, bring to a rapid boil the oleo, shortening, water and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar mixture; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients and add all at once to the batter, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.Frosting:1/2 c. oleo3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa1/2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts Combine oleo, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Heat slowly, bringing it to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well and spread over warm cake. Leave cake in pan until ready to serve. Cut into squares.
