Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- stick oleo, softened to room temperature - 1 item
- Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan
- Cool Whip, Lite - 1 c
- Third Layer:3 or 4 packages milk chocolate instant pudding mix
- whole milk for each pkg - 1 c
How to make chocolate delight:
Mix all these together until it forms a pastry. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.Second Layer:1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. powdered sugar1 c. Cool Whip, Lite Mix together and carefully spread onto cooled first layer.Third Layer:3 or 4 packages milk chocolate instant pudding mix1 c. whole milk for each pkg. pudding mix Beat with egg beater or electric mixer until thick. Spread over second layer.Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip (large or medium) over third layer. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Cut into small squares and serve.
