Chocolate crackle cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- unsweetened chocolate, melted - 4 sq
- nuts, finely chopped - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate crackle cookies:
Combine sugar and oil in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each. Add vanilla and melted chocolate. Blend well. Combine dry ingredients. Stir into mixture. Add nuts and stir. Sift powdered sugar on waxed paper. Roll dough in small balls, then in powdered sugar.
