Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine, softened - 1 c
- unsifted all-purpose flour
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 size)
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 3/4 c
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and dry pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
