Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking chips - 12 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until well blended. Add chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
