- semi-sweet chocolate morsels - 1 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c

- Stir in water and vanilla

- finely crushed chocolate wafer cookie crumbs about 30
- Bake at 350° until slightly darker, about 8 minutes
How to make chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake:
Mix crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter; press firmly over the bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9-inch cheesecake pan with removable rim. Bake at 350° until slightly darker, about 8 minutes.Beat remaining sugar with cheese. Add sour cream, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into crust. Drop cookie dough in 2 tablespoon portions evenly over the cake; push dough beneath surface. Bake at 350° until cake jiggles only slightly in center when gently shaken, about 40 minutes.
