Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
- Oreo cookies, crushed
- mini chocolate chips - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk; beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat; stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly on top. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched. Cool and then refrigerate.
