How to make chocolate chess pie:

Preheat oven to 325°. Melt butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Combine sugar, eggs, flour, milk and vanilla, stirring well. Gradually add chocolate mixture, stirring constantly. Pour into pastry shell; bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
