Ingredients/Components

• stick oleo - 1 item
• oil - 1/2 c
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• flour - 2 c
• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• Put oleo, water, cocoa and oil in pan; bring to a boil
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 lb
• pecans - 1 item

How to make chocolate cake:

Sift sugar and flour together. Put oleo, water, cocoa and oil in pan; bring to a boil. Pour liquid over sugar-flour mixture, then add eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Put the soda in the buttermilk, then add to mixture. Pour in one big pan or 2 smaller ones. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Chocolate Icing:1 stick oleo4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 c. chopped nuts1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar pecans Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil, then add the powdered sugar. Beat well, then add the pecans. Pour over cake while still warm.
