Chinese chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- rice vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 3/4 c
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- toasted sesame seed - 6 Tbsp
- bag prepackaged coleslaw - 1 item
- Oriental Top Ramen - 1 pkg
- cooked chicken breast, sliced - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken salad:
Mix vinegar, oil and sugar. Slightly break Ramen noodles and put in bowl. Pour oil and vinegar mixture over noodles; let sit no longer than 2 hours. Mix rest of ingredients together (chicken is optional). Add noodles and dressing. Serve.Variation: Eliminate oil and increase vinegar to 6 tablespoons.
