Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- pecans, chopped
How to make chinese chews:
Melt margarine. Add sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Add pecans and stir into mixture. Pour in well-greased cake pan. Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Test for doneness. Cut into squares when cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
