Ingredients/Components

  • warm water
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground meat
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • sliced celery - 1 c
  • uncooked rice - 1/2 c
  • medium onions, chopped - 2 item
  • large can Chinese noodles - 1 item

How to make chinese casserole:

Brown meat. Mix rest of items except Chinese noodles. Add meat. Bake in 350° oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes more. Cover with Chinese noodles and continue baking 15 minutes more.
