Chili sauce
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 4 c
- salt - 3 tsp
- cider vinegar
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- small onions
- fine cut tomatoes - 6 qt
- big green peppers or can use hot peppers, if preferred - 4 item
How to make chili sauce:
Chop up onions; add cut up tomatoes. Remove seeds from peppers and add whole peppers. Add rest of ingredients. Boil about 5 minutes, then remove the peppers. Then continue boiling until desired thickness. Put in jars while boiling hot and seal.Recipe categories: Low protein, Condiments, etc., Main dish.
