- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- skinless chicken breasts - 2 item
- chicken bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- Mexican salsa - 1/4 c
- corn tortillas, torn into pieces - 8 item
How to make chicken tortilla soup:
Put chicken in large pot with 1 1/2 quarts water. Simmer until meat is cooked. Remove chicken from broth. Chop meat into small pieces. Skim fat from broth. Add remaining ingredients to broth.
