Chicken salad oriental
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 1/2
- can pineapple chunks, well drained - 1 oz
- cooked chicken breast, diced
How to make chicken salad oriental:
Mix sour cream, chutney, mayonnaise and curry powder. Add remaining ingredients and toss together. Place in refrigerator overnight. Just before serving, add 1/4 cup coconut and 1 cup chow mein noodles. Toss lightly. Serve immediately in lettuce cups. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
