  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder with parsley - 1/2 tsp

How to make chicken marinade:

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken in nonmetal dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight and turn occasionally. Use marinade to baste chicken while cooking/grilling.
