- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- chicken stock - 1/2 c
- chicken livers - 1/2 c
- toast - 1 item
How to make chicken livers and mushrooms:
Serving for 1.Crinkle up some foil and put it into a little throw-away aluminum pan. Place the livers on it and heat your broiler. Simmer the mushrooms in the stock and, when they are almost done, broil the chicken livers very close to the boiler, 2 minutes on each side. Put them into the mushroom mixture; simmer for 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve on toast. There are 287 calories.
