- chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- broth - 1 c
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- jar salsa - 1 oz
- chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cut into pieces - 4 item
- Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada:
Heat until warm the soups, broth and salsa. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer chicken sauce, tortillas, onion and cheese layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered, except for the last 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, One Dish meal.
