Chicken enchilada
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- lettuce - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- tomato - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- bag Doritos, crushed - 1/2 item
- to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and diced - 4 item
- can diced green chilies mild - 1 oz
How to make chicken enchilada:
Heat mixture of soup, chilies and seasonings. Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, half of Doritos, half of chicken, half of cheese, half of onion and 1/2 of soup mixture. Repeat layers. Save a little cheese and onion for top. May be frozen and baked later.Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve on tortilla shell. Top with lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
