Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- garlic clove, crushed - 1 item
- cut-up chicken
- Minute rice, prepared
How to make chicken continental:
Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice; remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with soy sauce or chicken gravy. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, One Dish meal.
