Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dried minced onion
- curry powder - 3/4 Tbsp
- mustard to taste - 1 item
- can boned chicken - 1 oz
- bread crumbs, toasted
- instant parsley flakes
How to make chicken balls:
Mix ingredients and roll into balls about the size of a marble. Makes about 20 balls. Dip in egg and bread crumbs. Chill. Toast at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Chicken, Poultry.
