Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make cherry crunch:
Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add pecans. Press into 9 x 14-inch pan. Bake at 350° until lightly browned. Cool completely.Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Keeps well, refrigerate.
