  • heavy cream - 1/2 c
  • blueberries - 1 pt
  • banana - 1 item
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • extra fine sugar - 1 Tbsp

How to make blueberry delight:

Pick over blueberries; rinse and drain. Whip cream slightly until not quite stiff. Puree banana. Fold into cream, sugar and nutmeg. Place berries in individual dishes. Pour banana cream over each. Garnish with fresh mint.
