Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 oz
  • can tuna, ham, chicken or turkey - 1 item

How to make cheesy spinach bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spinach until barely tender. Drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
