  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • baking powder
  • egg - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 3/4 c

How to make cheese muffins:

Preheat oven to 400°. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine liquid ingredients together. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients. Mix batter only until moist. Add cheese. Drop into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 muffins.
