  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • self-rising flour
  • grated sharp cheese - 3/4 c

How to make cheese muffins:

Combine flour and cheese. Make a well in the center of mixture. Combine egg, milk and butter. Pour into center of dry mixture. Stir until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
