Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- Velveeta - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel, blend until smooth - 1 item
- milk mixed with 3 Tbsp - 1 c
How to make cheese dip:
Mix cheese, soup and blended Ro-Tel in a heavy pan. Add 1 cup of milk. Cook until hot and cheese is melted. Add milk and cornstarch mixture. Cook until dip thickens.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
