  • milk - 1 c
  • can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
  • Velveeta - 1 lb
  • can Ro-Tel, blend until smooth - 1 item
  • milk mixed with 3 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make cheese dip:

Mix cheese, soup and blended Ro-Tel in a heavy pan. Add 1 cup of milk. Cook until hot and cheese is melted. Add milk and cornstarch mixture. Cook until dip thickens.
