How to make cheese cake:

Cream together sugar, egg yolks and cream cheese. Whip the whipping cream and egg whites. Fold each in creamed mixture. Add vanilla and stir. Put graham cracker crumbs on top and bottom and freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
