- cream cheese - 19 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- graham crackers for crust - 1 item
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
How to make cheese cake:
Combine softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, until well mixed. Next, add vanilla.To prepare crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter or margarine together; bake 10 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and pour cheese cake mixture in crust. Bake for 1 hour until top has risen and is firm. Cool in refrigerator before serving.
