Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- large can milk, chilled - 1 item
- cracker crumbs, with 1/2 stick butter - 2 c
How to make cheese cake:
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Mix jello in boiling water. Add pineapple. Combine the two. Whip milk until holds peak and fold in mixture. Cover bottom of large pan with crumbs and pour mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill several hours.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
