Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• sour cream - 1 pt
• graham cracker crust - 1 item
• plus 4 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make cheese cake:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Beat well. Pour in crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 375°. Let cool for 15 minutes.

Topping: Mix well sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on top of cheese cake. Bake for 10 minutes at 475°.
