- milk - 2/3 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- buttermilk baking mix - 2 c
How to make cheese biscuits:
Combine until it is a soft dough. Beat for 30 seconds. Roll out to 1/4-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes in a 450° oven.
