  • cream cheese - 2 (8
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make cheese ball:

Mix together pimentos, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt. Add cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Mix all together; form a ball and roll in nuts.
