Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- seasoning salt - 1 tsp
How to make cheese ball:
Cream the cheese. Stir in pineapple (which has been well drained and blotted in paper towels). Add 1 cup pecans, onions, peppers and salt. Shape and chill overnight. Half an hour before serving, roll in the remaining nuts.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
