  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • seasoning salt - 1 tsp

How to make cheese ball:

Cream the cheese. Stir in pineapple (which has been well drained and blotted in paper towels). Add 1 cup pecans, onions, peppers and salt. Shape and chill overnight. Half an hour before serving, roll in the remaining nuts.
