Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained save juice - 1 1/2
How to make cheese ball:
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Use a little of the juice to mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into ball; roll in remaining chopped nuts. Serve with assorted crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
