  • chopped nuts - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Beat cream cheese; add pineapple, onion, bell peppers and shredded cheese. Roll into a ball and cover with finely chopped nuts. Chill.
