Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped olives - 1/4 c
- instant minced onions
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- beef slices, chopped - 1 pkg
How to make cheese ball:
Combine ingredients; shape into a ball. Ice with sour cream. Set in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Take out 1/2 hour before serving for softness. Ball stays up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen (but do not ice). Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
