Ingredients/Components
- softened cream cheese - 16 oz
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- cottage cheese, blended and drained well - 12 oz
- large eggs, separated - 2 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in condensed milk. Beat in cottage cheese. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. In small bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold in and add lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, until set.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
