Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated onions - 2 tsp
  • Blue cheese - 1/4 lb
  • sharp grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb

How to make cheese ball:

Beat all cheeses in bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients except pecans and beat. Form into balls and roll in chopped pecans. Will form 2 average size balls. Can be frozen.
