Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 item
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of red pepper - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Soften cheese at room temperature. Cream all ingredients, except pecans, together, mixing well. Shape into a ball. Roll in pecans.
