- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- can diced green chiles - 1 item
- pinto beans - 1 lb
- pork loin roast - 1 item
How to make chalupas:
Soak beans overnight. In crock-pot, simmer beans for 6 hours with roast on top. Shred pork roast into beans, discarding fat and bones.. Add spices. Stir. Serve on flour tortillas with shredded cheese and salsa.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Main dish, One Dish meal.
