Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- water chestnuts - 1/2 c
- stick butter melted - 1/2 item
- Ritz crackers crushed - 1/2 c
- celery cubed - 4 c
How to make celery casserole:
In sauce pan boil for 5 minutes soup, milk, water chestnuts, salt and pepper to taste. Mix crackers and butter together to make crumbs. Place celery in a baking dish, pour soup mixture over celery; and top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Grains, Side dish.
