Carrot pineapple cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- salad oil - 2/3 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- shredded carrot - 1 c
- crushed pineapple with syrup - 1/2 c
How to make carrot pineapple cake:
Sift together into large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add oil, eggs, carrot, pineapple (with syrup) and vanilla. Mix until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer. Bake in greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan in 350° oven about 35 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes.
