Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- sliced water chestnuts - 1/2 c
How to make carrot casserole:
Toss carrots with other ingredients except brown sugar. Turn into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
