Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- carrots, sliced and cooked - 2 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Sauce: Melt margarine. Add dry ingredients, onion and milk. Cook over low heat until thickened.Place half the carrots in a casserole dish. Add cheese, then the rest of the carrots. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
